My therapy list is currently closed. I am at full capacity and do not expect to reopen this until 2026.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, and find new ways to navigate hard things. I work with individuals, parents, and neurodivergent adults who want more than surface-level support.
