Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, and find new ways to navigate hard things. I work with individuals, parents, and neurodivergent adults who want more than surface-level support.

  • Post-diagnostic support for Autism and ADHD.

  • Processing trauma or feeling stuck in old patterns​.

  • Birth trauma, and transition to parenthood.
