Clinical Psychologist and Director
Dr Lucy Rigley
Lucy is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in supporting neurodivergent people across the lifespan. Alongside her work in autism and ADHD assessment, she has additional training in trauma, including early developmental trauma, and works therapeutically with individuals and families to promote understanding, resilience, and wellbeing. Lucy is particularly passionate about supporting parents and carers, helping them to develop confidence and compassion as they navigate the challenges of family life. Clinical Psychologist
Dr Merry Wright
Merry is a Clinical Psychologist who works within the Autism and ADHD assessment team for children and young people. She enjoys working collaboratively with young people and their families to understand their unique strengths, differences, and individual needs. Merry is passionate about helping families identify meaningful ways to support wellbeing and enable children and young people to thrive.

Forensic Psychologist
Jo West
Jo is a Forensic Psychologist who works within the adult Autism and ADHD assessment team. She has a particular interest in supporting adults seeking assessment and a deeper understanding of their neurodivergence. Jo is passionate about providing a compassionate and person-centred assessment experience, recognising each individual's unique strengths, experiences, and support needs.

Forensic Psychologist
Sade Sowemimo
Sade is a registered Forensic Psychologist and accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist. She works within the therapies team and the adult Autism and ADHD team. Sade specialises in neurodivergence, trauma, and complex emotional and relational difficulties, providing a thoughtful and compassionate approach tailored to each individual's needs. She offers appointments via video call.

Clinical Psychologist
Dr Sadia Riya
Sadia is a Clinical Psychologist trained in both EMDR and systemic (family) therapy. As part of the therapies team, she works with children, adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Sadia has a particular interest in supporting individuals living with health conditions. She offers online appointments, including evening and weekend availability.

Assistant Psychologist
Lily Walker
Lily is an Assistant Psychologist who works under the supervision of Dr Lucy Rigley. She is involved in all aspects of the service, including working closely with schools, completing observations, and supporting the assessment process through cognitive and psychometric testing. With a background in SEND schools, Lily brings both experience and compassion to her work with children, young people, and the professionals who support them.

Occupational Therapist
Sarah Lord
Sarah is an Occupational Therapist who works within the Autism and ADHD assessment team. She works with young people and adults to understand how they think, learn, and experience the world around them. Sarah enjoys getting to know each person's unique strengths, passions, interests, and experiences, using this understanding to help inform a meaningful and person-centred assessment process.

Speech and Language Therapist
Annette Smith
Annette is a Speech and Language Therapist who works within the Autism assessment team. She supports children and young people with their communication skills, including understanding and using language, listening, and expressing themselves effectively. Annette also helps children develop their social communication skills, supporting them to navigate conversations and understand the unwritten rules of social interaction.

Social Worker
Esme Platt
Esme is an Independent Social Worker who works within the Autism and ADHD assessment team. She is passionate about understanding each child's experiences, strengths, and support needs. Esme works closely with children, families, and other professionals to ensure that children are safe, well supported, and have their voices heard both at home and in school.

Administrator
Hannah Kimberley
Hannah is the Administrative Assistant for the service, providing valuable support behind the scenes. She is responsible for proofreading reports and documents, helping to ensure that individuals, families, and professionals receive clear, and accurate information. Hannah's attention to detail plays an important role in maintaining the high standards of care and communication across the team.
